When it comes to your personal or business credit information, your personal criminal or identity information, and financial affairs, you expect a relationship built on privacy and integrity. That 's why NCCheck Solutions does not sell client lists or any other client information to outside companies.

This notice outlines what we do to protect your personal information and describes how you can limit the sharing of this information. If you already have instructed us to limit our marketing use or to not share your information, you do not need to do anything. We will continue to honor your request.

In addition, the NCCheck Solutions affiliate that originally collected the information still may use it for its own marketing decisions.
